Who We Are:
FutureCare of North Carolina is a statewide non-profit leader in focusing on technology, innovation and best practices in long term care. Our mission is to enhance the quality of long term care for the elderly and disabled in North Carolina, with a special focus on skilled nursing care. Future Care of North Carolina seeks to achieve its goals by bringing together leaders from across the state including: researchers, health care foundations, policymakers, quality improvement organizations, and corporations. We also serve as the charitable foundation of the North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association.
